Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using TrimTone ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
TrimTone is an iOS application that allows you to trim audio and video files into ringtone-compatible formats. All processing occurs on your device.
Credits & Purchases
TrimTone uses a credit-based system for exports. Previewing audio is free. Exporting a ringtone file requires one credit. Credits are purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.
User Content
You retain all rights to any audio or video content you import into the App. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you import. TrimTone does not claim ownership of your content.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of TrimTone. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrimTone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
