How Credits Work

Exporting a ringtone uses one credit. Previewing your trimmed audio is always free — you can listen as many times as you want before deciding to export. Credits are purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

The only action that costs money is exporting the final ringtone file. This is when you spend one credit.

Why Credits Instead of a Subscription?

Most people only need a few ringtones. A subscription would charge you monthly for something you might use once or twice a year. Credits let you pay only for what you actually export — no recurring charges, no auto-renewals to forget about.

If you make ringtones frequently, the Lifetime Unlimited option gives you unlimited exports forever for a single one-time payment of $8.99 (US App Store).

Can I Restore My Purchases?

Yes. If you reinstall TrimTone or switch devices, your credits and Lifetime Unlimited purchase can be restored through the App Store. Open TrimTone, go to the credits screen, and tap "Restore Purchases." For help, see our support page.

Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. If you need a refund, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple handles all refund decisions.
